How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary according to stock availability. If your item is in stock the delivery times to Melbourne Metro will be 7-10 Days. Contact us for delivery times to all other regions.
Customised Furniture
Lead times vary depending manufacturing. Please contact us for estimated delivery times.
Furniture Delivery
To protect the furniture so it arrives in its intended state, we only use experienced furniture freight companies to transport our furniture. To keep costs minimised the furniture is delivered by the driver who may also require assistance with any heavy items. Furniture deliveries are to the ground floor of your building. Additional fees may apply for delivery to other floors.
What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?
A person over the age of 18 is required to accept delivery at the designated delivery address. If no person is at the delivery address:
For large furniture items, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
We will contact you prior to delivery to check if a suitable person will be available to receive the item. If you know yourself or another person will not be available at the delivery address, please let us know.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose your items carefully prior to purchase and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.Refunds and exchanges are not permitted due to change of mind or if the product does not meet your expectations. Zest Furniture holds no obligation to provide a refund, exchange or credit if any damage by a third party has incurred, once you have received your product.
Cancellations of Orders Paid by Credit Card
Orders paid for by credit card that are subsequently cancelled prior to commencement of manufacturing will be charged a 3% cancellation fee so we can recoup the fees that we are charged by the credit card provider.
Other Returns
Zest Furniture will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of reasonable accepted quality
- The product cannot perform the way promised
- The product is significantly different from the web description and image
- Proof of Purchase will be required.
